Vision Statement
To recognize and respect the presence of God in all creation.

Mission Statement
All of humanity and all of creation is endowed with a unique God-given dignity. Because of our common connection with nature, we are granted a glimpse of God's infinite beauty. We therefore inherit a responsibility to protect this creation for future generations in order that they, too, might see and hear the unity of God in the natural world. Guided by our Faith and Pope Francis's Encyclical, “Laudato Si:  On Care for Our Common Home,” we will recognize and respect the presence of God in all creation by:   

• opening our hearts to answer this call to love 
• reaffirming the Church's moral basis for care of God's creation   
• taking responsibility to educate and to address the need for better stewardship, both local and global 
• engaging in prayerful actions to build bridges to dismantle inequality brought on by climate change.
